No viable download backend for Glacier #1

The following download backends have issues:

- busybox wget connects, but does not download
- GNU wget fails to compile, complains that SSL library does not exist
	- even when compiled with HTTPS, it still fails to run
    (wrong dynamic loader called)

will most likely include statically linked curl binary for downloads, or might write a custom one, kind of depends what I'm feeling
