Manage packages on an Everest Linux system

| [?] About Glacier [?] |
+-----------------------+
Glacier's main goal is to combine the power of
source based packaging with the simplicity of
binary based packaging.
Glacier downloads source code from
https://git.everestlinux.org/EverestLinux/glacier-pkgs
and compiles it locally on your system.

Glacier requires the following programs to function:
- sh
- wget/curl (any program that can download files)
- tar
- make
- a c compiler (tested with gcc, although others should work)
- python (for integrity checking)

Obtain the source code:
$ git clone https://git.everestlinux.org/EverestLinux/glacier
$ cd glacier
Copy install.conf.def to install.conf
$ mv install.conf.def install.conf
Make necessary adjustments to install.conf, then run
INSTALL.sh as root.
# ./INSTALL.sh
