v4.0.3-rc should be ready for a push to main.

This release changed the following:

  • Removed deprecated functions
  • Removed leading "glacier_" from header file names for ease of use
  • Split load_all_from_config and load_all_from_profile
  • Added glacier/globals.h, which can be included to access certain variables used by the library
  • Update various header files

Delete Branch "release/v4.0.3-rc"
